ATC/Cenpatico Behavioral Health

Please make note of the following change: All Provider Enrollment and Claims Submittal for Behavioral Health Services should now be sent to ATC for processing.   

From the Cenpatico Website:

“Management of the Behavioral Health provider portal will transition from Cenpatico (a subsidiary of Envolve PeopleCare) to the Absolute Total Care secure provider portal.  As part of this change we will be moving the Cenpatico provider portal functions to the Absolute Total Care secure provider portal.

Beginning on April 27, 2018 Behavioral Health providers should access their secure provider portal at

If you previously accessed the Behavioral Health secure provider portal through Cenpatico, you will need to create a new account at However, please be aware, you will not be able to create a new account at until on or after April 27.

*NOTE: New account creation only applies to Behavioral Health providers who have an existing account through Cenpatico.  If you already have an account at, you do not need to register again.

Through the secure provider portal you can:

  • Check member eligibility
  • Submit and manage claims
  • Submit and view prior authorizations
  • Review and download payment history
  • View member gaps in care
  • Secure Message
  • Manage multiple accounts

If you have outstanding enrollment issues or outstanding claims issues please contact Kellie Williamson.  For Provider Enrollment, please be ready to send Kellie a copy of the complete enrollment packet originally submitted to Cenpatico.
